BE YOUR BEST
I'm In Coaching BEST was founded on building excellence in athletes and teams by developing servant leaders. This vision was expanded immediately beyond athletes following our first season of service. We partner with public schools, private schools, local business, NGO's, missions, and ministries. We build people and community.
Most of our teammates are on a faith journey and connect with a local community of faith. This is never a requirement or condition for participation. All we ask of teammates is that we respect the values of the organization we partner with; no agenda, just living faith with integrity. Loving people with a whole heart.
The organizations we partner with are sustainable and faith-based. They are already making local impact and have a clear vision on engaging teams. We invite people into an adventure where we love people through meaningful relationships and with our actions.

What is it?
I'll pray for this team member and their team everyday until they return home. We've had an angel army praying for I'm In Coaching BEST everyday for the past 12 years. They are the real 4G (grand maws)network. Apart from the vine, we can't bear fruit. The Angel Army keeps us connected to the source of our strength.

We don't have because we don't ask, so we ask for:
Clarity to see where God is moving,
Courage to join Him and be His hands,
Grit for doing the hard work to its end,
Gratitude for the opportunity, being humble.

During his ministry, Jesus miraculously feeds 5,000 men and their families with the humble gift from a young boy. His gift of five barley muffins and two small fish was enough. Andrew was the disciple who found the young boy (and his lunch) and brought him to Jesus where He blessed, broke and multiplied the gift.
I’m In Coaching BEST does not perform miracles. We meet friends, help each one discover their lunch (strengths, gifts, passion), and then take them to a place where we can give it away and watch it multiply. In a community of faith, God blesses, breaks and multiplies every gift for a lifetime.
Our Service Adventure alumni are inspired to GIVE AS YOU GO. Don’t wait to the end of life and give back.
