These four coaches drinking coffee asked if each was willing to adapt and develop Joe’s vision for our community.

Each one said, “I’m In!”

What about going to Texas to spend a weekend with Joe at coaches training? Each one said, “I’m In!”

Could we help our coaches, school and community to change youth sports culture? What about bringing Joe to Zionsville for a weekend event with a keynote, coaches training, All Pro Dads prayer breakfast and community business partner lunch?

Each one said, “I’m In!”

Result:
1,000 attended the keynote, 120 coaches from 11 states attended the training, 300 attended the breakfast and 75 Indianapolis business leaders joined I’m In for lunch.

What about forming a 501c3 and focus on building men and women for other? Each one said, “I’m In!”

Since formation, I’m In Coaching BEST has:

Inspired, organized or led over 250,000 service hours locally and around the globe. Organized dozens of soccer camps and tutoring programs for refugees and immigrants in Indianapolis.
Helped create local legal, medical and dental clinics for refuges and the homeless Partnered with the Boys and Girls Club for summer service camps for elementary students
Helped found 3 school leadership programs,
Helped launch a youth community service organization with the Lions Club
Consulted in launching three foundations
Led over 25 service adventures with 1,000 teammates to a dozen countries,

Primarily Haiti and Nicaragua
